Doing house chores are an easy and difficult thing at the same time. Remember, when you come home from the office, you are already tired from office work. You want to take a rest and go to work early the next morning. On the weekend holidays, you want to take some rest, not do any house chores.
However, doing house chores can be arranged daily, by doing one house chore per day at the time we have prepared. So that during the weekdays we can do all the house chores. We can even enjoy our weekends to take some rest, but the house is already clean and tidy.

One of the factors that affect the comfort of the family member in the house, is determined by the cleanliness and tidiness of the house. A dirty and messy house will make the mood even more chaotic and eventually cause stress.
- Make a schedule for shifting house chores
Do one or two house chores every day before leaving for work. Schedule Monday through Saturday so that the beginning of the week can be used for rest.
For example, Monday sweep and mop the floor of the house, Tuesday washing clothes, and if you have enough time, you can also iron on the same day. Set a time for another day to do other house chores.
- Discipline
The schedule that has been made must be followed, even if there is one day you miss doing your house chores, then the next day you have to finish it immediately so that your house chores do not pile up.
Getting used to discipline by making peace with yourself will train you to be more capable in every job, including the job from the office.
- Set your targets
House chores that are done every day will make it easier. Because there is no stubborn dirt that sticks.
Do clean the bathroom, and clean the walls of the bathroom the in the next week.
Likewise with doing laundry, set your targets for which clothes to be washed, for example, towels, and bed covers, you can wash them now or in the next week.
Setting your targets will make it easier to complete the house chores.
- It doesn't have to be perfect
Understanding yourself will make you more comfortable, considering that there is office work that already takes so much time and energy so don't let the house chores become a burden.
Instead, do house chores in the hope of reducing your stress due to office work. Then you can get a good night's sleep without any problems.
- Store cleaning tools and materials properly
Storing house chores tools and materials properly in their place will be very helpful when you want to use them again.
Storing house chores neatly will beautify the room too. If you are satisfied with the results of your house chores, you will feel comfortable at home and it can eliminate fatigue and stress at the same time.
- Do it with other family members
If you still live alone at your house, of course, you have to do the house chores alone without complaining.
However, if you already have a partner, and have other family members, then you can do house chores together which will make the family bonding more harmonious.
By doing house chores together, you will show a professional attitude, toward family togetherness. Create an attitude of responsibility in family members, by completing homework.
For example, collaboration in washing cars, some spraying water, some rubbing with a cloth, and even drying is done together.
Feelings of tiredness that are felt together, will end sweetly by sitting, chatting, and enjoying a warm meal together, releasing tiredness and changing into happiness.
