3. Three Eyelids (Third Eyelid)

The third eyelid, or tertia lid, is the third eyelid that is located at the inner corner of the eye. This triple eyelid is usually not seen in humans but in animals, especially in cats and dogs. The third eyelid serves to protect and clean the eye from foreign objects.

4. Excessive Eyelids (Droopy Eyelid)

Over-eyelid or ptosis is a condition in which the upper eyelid droops and covers part or all of the eye. Neurological disorders or congenital abnormalities can cause this condition. Ptosis can cause visual disturbances and requires medical attention if it is bothersome.

5. Double Eyelid (Double Eyelid)

Double eyelids or double eyelids are a condition in which a person has two layers of the upper eyelid that form a crease, thus making the eyes appear larger. This condition is common in Asians and is often sought for aesthetic purposes.
