Diarrhea is defined as a high frequency of watery bowel movements in a day. During the holiday season, this condition can occur because a person consumes food or drinks that are not clean, and may have been contaminated by bacteria, viruses or parasites. Diarrhea can also occur due to food intolerance.

One of the main symptoms when experiencing diarrhea is dehydration. The fluid that leaves the body is more than the fluid that enters As a result, other symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and increased heart rate appear. Therefore, to prevent this from happening, make sure that the food and drinks consumed are clean and cooked. Also, don't forget to wash your hands regularly.

2. Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI)

For example, as a result of coming into contact with a sick person or touching a contaminated surface Afterward, the used hands touch the nose, mouth, or eyes. Eventually, the virus or bacteria enter and infect the body.

Therefore, prevention is done by practicing personal hygiene (washing hands regularly and practicing cough or sneeze etiquette). In addition, try to avoid close contact with people who are sick. Influenza is different from the common cold because the symptoms are more severe, including fever, chills, aches, cough, headache, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, fatigue, diarrhea, and vomiting. The main way to prevent influenza is to get the vaccine. But if you haven't already, then wash your hands regularly with clean running water and soap.
