Health 711

Not everyone has time to exercise, work from Monday to Friday, and on the weekends we want to spend time with our family. So, when is exercise time? Especially during a pandemic like this, we must keep our bodies healthy but we must reduce activities outside the home.

Take it easy, Ladies. Here is Fitie's review of some sports activities that can be done from home.

  1. Jump Squat

Squat jumps are a form of cardio that will increase your heart rate, burn calories and add strength to your legs.

But we must always be careful when doing it, especially for those of you who have problems with your joints.

Do it for 30 to 60 seconds, then combine it with a variety of other cardio exercises to increase intensity and strength.

  1. Jump rope

Jumping rope or skipping is good exercise because it can burn 220 calories in just 20 minutes. Especially, because of its mobility which can be done anywhere.

However, jumping rope is a sport with high-impact training, because not all beginners can do it well and maximally.

So, beginners have to practice a lot so they can get good and maximum movements.

  1. Yoga

Yoga is an exercise that we can do at home. But for beginners, it's a good idea to do light yoga or do it while following online yoga classes to avoid injury.

Usually, beginners put more emphasis on training postures and breathing techniques to reduce the risk of injury that can be experienced.

  1. Hula Hoop

Maybe, when we hear Hula Hoop we remember it as a child's game than a sport. However, turns out that the hula hoop is a type of exercise that has a good impact on our body, especially to shape the body at the hips.

  1. Mountain climbing

Mountain climbing is a type of cardio that can increase heart rate and increase core muscle strength and endurance.

Moreover, this sport is cardio that does not require special skills to do it.

We just need to do it for about 1 minute then rest and repeat it as much as we can. This exercise can also be combined with other types of cardio.

So, we don't have to worry about exercising, Ladies! Not going anywhere is not our reason not to take care of our health by not exercising.
